ArkRest is a unique collaboration between the School of Architecture (LTH) at Lund University, Arknat, Svalöv Municipality, Region Skåne, Stiftelsen Skånska Landskap and Sparbanken Skåne. During the Spring semester of 2024, sixteen students worked on this site to design a rest area – ArkRest- along the recreative bicycle route, Cykelleden Skåne, using the unique landscape characteristics on-site as guidelines.

Here local residents, bikers, and hikers alike are invited to enjoy nature from this shelter, designed specifically with its context and surrounding landscape in mind, to get a new perspective.
