Sustainable lighting: A bright future for artificially lit outdoor environments?
9 May 2025 14:00 till 15:30 | Seminar with Johan Rahm
Pufendorf institute, Biskopsgatan 3, Lund
Welcome to learn more about sustainability issues related to outdoor lighting.
Outdoor lighting plays a crucial role in enhancing safety and facilitating mobility during dark hours, yet it also presents several sustainability challenges.
Three different perspectives will be given, followed by group discussions.
The Environmental psychology research group conducts research, teaches and collaborates with a focus on the interaction between humans and the environment from the perspective of the individual. Environmental psychology takes a holistic view of the environment and the individual is studied in relation to interiors, urban spaces, landscapes and global environmental conditions.
