Housing presents multiple contemporary challenges for politicians, policymakers, and practitioners due to rising unaffordability, inadequate and outdated housing stocks, rapidly changing demographics, and multiple climate stresses. At the same time, new housing models and approaches are being introduced with new technologies and materials, social and cultural innovations, and creative financial and policy mechanisms. In this roundtable discussion, a diverse panel of housing experts will discuss the future of housing and the challenges and opportunities on the horizon.
